Cooks for Hire Management Inc. is dedicated to providing
resources for enhancing one's education and skills necessary for our employees. Although most positions require a minimum level of skill or education, we are committed to helping employees acquire or improve their current job status (see
Job Descriptors).
FoodSafe™ is a prerequisite for all kitchen positions and is one of the many courses we
can offer. Refresher courses for food safety or upgrade courses for
higher FoodSafe™ Levels can
also offered.
"Kitchen Skill" courses are essential for achieving and maintaining
higher positions. Basic and advanced knife skills, time management,
people management and wine knowledge courses are encouraged for employees to excel at their career goals.
